The KTBA meetings are open to all businesses that fall within the KTBA borders and have been held quarterly since December of 2003. The KRBA borders are as follows: On the East- 54th Street, On the North - the 8 Freeway, On the West - Interstate 15, and On the South - Monroe Avenue. KTBA meetinge are open to the public, but only business members in good standing are allowed to vote as well as participate in the business portion of the meeting. General comments by the public are limited to the beginning of the meeting and to a total of 9 minutes. If there is more than one public speaker, the time is divided into the 9 minutes allowed.
